Delivery Costs

AL-KO are delighted to offer FREE delivery to all UK mainland, Channel Island and Northern Ireland addresses.

Delivery Time

We reserve the right to decide the method of despatch. In most cases your order will be sent by Courier or Royal Mail.

Your order should arrive within 5-7 working days from the date of order. If a product has a longer expected delivery time it will be clearly stated on the product details page, and also at the checkout.

Please note that delivery dates are dependent on stock availability. Should an item not be in stock at the time of your order we will contact you with a revised delivery date.

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 10 working days please call our Customer Liaison Department on 01926 818 500 with your order number which can be found on your confirmation email.

Returns

At AL-KO we want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that there may be occasions where you may wish to return a product, so we have tried to make this process as simple as possible.

Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what was ordered.

You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receipt if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

To ensure the safe and efficient processing of your returned item, please follow these steps:

Please fill out our Return Form OR

  • 1 - Call our Sales Team immediately on 01926 818 500, and they will issue you a Returns Note.
  • 2 - Repackage the item with the Returns Note.
  • 3 - Arrange for delivery of the item to 'Online Returns', AL-KO Kober Ltd, South Warwickshire Business Park, Kineton Road, Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 OAL.
  • Please keep proof of postage as this will be required to refund you the return postage costs.

  • 4 - A refund or replacement will be processed as required.
  • Please do not forget to include the Returns Note with the returned item(s) as without this we cannot process your return request.

No longer wanted and unopened

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused simply follow these steps to return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Please be aware that we cannot refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.

  • 1 - Please call our Sales Team immediately on 01926 818 500, and they will issue you a Returns Note.
  • 2 - Repackage the item with the Returns Note.
  • 3 - Arrange for delivery of the item to 'Online Returns', AL-KO Kober Ltd, South Warwickshire Business Park, Kineton Road, Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 OAL.
  • 4 - Upon receipt of the item we will process your refund.

Please note that we cannot process a refund until we have received the item and cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure you package the item(s) appropriately and select a suitable delivery method according to the value of the item(s).

Please do not forget to include the Returns Note with the returned item(s) as without this we cannot process your return request.

Guarantee

All our products carry a minimum of 12 months guarantee. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

The guarantee is available to the original purchaser only, when accompanied with the original receipt or online order number.

The guarantee does not cover faults caused by factors outside of AL-KO's control, including failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use, accidental damage, inappropriate cleaning, modification, alteration or transformation of the product.
