The subjects The courses offered by AL-KO College cover the following subject areas Management seminars In management seminars, AL-KO employees entrusted with management tasks are offered seminars on subjects such as personal development, team skills, communication psychology and discussions about corporate culture and the objectives of the Board of Management. Technical seminars The subject range of the technical AL-KO seminars is very broad. One focus, however, lies on subjects with a business economics content, such as controlling, BAB accounting, cost reduction etc. Beyond that a number of EDP training courses are available. Moderation seminars The moderation seminars of AL-KO College are intended to enable employees to engage more actively in team work. The seminars and workshops thus cover project work and project management, discussion management and presentation techniques. |
