AL-KO PROFI JET® extraction systems are planned and built from a modular construction kit according to your needs. The extremely low sound emissions and the fire and explosion protection certificates make it easier for you to obtain approval. Thanks to its modular design, your stationary AL-KO PROFI JET® system grows  with your business, which means additional security of investment for you.

AL-KO PROFI JET® - simply intelligently built:

Your AL-KO PROFI JET® system is configured for you from a modular, tried-and-tested construction kit. Your AL-KO system construction partner assembles the perfect combination for you from a pure air chamber with dedusting, fan, filter chamber and pre-separating chamber. The solid substructure with disposal facility is made from solid galvanised steel profiles, like the entire housing. Nodes are also reinforced with die-cast aluminium. The cladding cartridges are made of double-walled galvanised and powder-coated sheet steel with intermediate insulation. Thanks to this construction, your AL-KO PROFI JET® system already meets the highest heat efficiency class in the industry as the standard model. This  saves everyday heating costs.

AL-KO PROFI JET

The stationary AL-KO PROFI JET extraction systems are configured and built as individual extraction systems from a modular construction kit for customers in the fields of timber, furniture manufacturing, carpentry/joinery, the recycling industry, plastics processing, and bulk solids handling. AL-KO PROFI JETs are extraction systems with heat recovery. The customer has the choice between various discharges: AL-KO PROFI JET is available as an extraction system with briquette press, and as an extraction system with rotary lock valve.

 

AL-KO PROFI JET is approved by the BG and certified as BG H3 Pure Air. AL-KO PROFI JETs are therefore extraction systems that comply with German and Austrian legislation on occupational health and safety and industrial safety. AL-KO PROFI JET extraction systems with heat recovery are ATEX tested extraction systems. AL-KO, as an exporter of extraction systems worldwide, delivers them for machining and cutting industrial production operations.
