Simple and ingenious: AL-KO OPTI JET® technology

The unfiltered air is sucked to the filter tubes. Dust and swarf adhere to the filter tubes, which wrap around the support cages due to the suction effect. With a short blast of compressed air, the fine dust and swarf is forced away from the filter. Fine dust is repelled by the filter in the same way. The residual dust content is less than 0.1 mg/m³ of treated air.

The technology makes the difference. AL-KO OPTI JET® offers genuine surface filtration, in which dust and swarf are drawn in thanks to powerful yet energy-efficient and quiet motors. The air is cleaned to a residual dust content of 0.1 mg/m³ of treated air. In the second phase, the filter inflates at defined intervals with the available compressed air and blows away dust and swarf, which then fall into the collecting container under the effect of gravity.
