  • To avoid bending and lateral forces, please only use suitable connecting parts
  • The gas spring must not be twisted
  • Never exceed the maximum permitted tensile force
  • Do not disassemble the connecting parts

We make no guarantee for gas spring installation suggestions/diagrams. Please note that the general installation suggestions can not cover all possible installation parameters. They do not take friction or acceleration into account. Please be extremely careful when installing your gas springs.

Temperature range

  • The standard gas springs are designed for use in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°
  • Gas springs must not be heated above 120º C

Safety instructions

  • Take care not to damage the piston rod or cylinder pipe. Changes to the product by third parties will void your warranty!
  • Do not undertake any mechanical processing of the gas spring
  • Gas springs must be stored with the piston rod pointed downwards
  • Please dispose of gas springs in a proper and environmentally friendly manner when you no longer need them. Contact us for detailed information.
